Thanks Laura! The sunset was at 1505. It was lovely, but so hard to capture the colours on camera. The colour of the sea is more like the red/pink of the sky. It changed so much and ended up as wild streaks of red and pink and orange with slivers of bright burning orange. Gorgeous.
Didn't last though. It's pretty grey today though, and windy! What's the weather like with you?
Hjaltland - Old Norse (read: Old Romantic) name for Shetland.
Halo - the oh-so-technical term given to the fairy like haze that floats above real Shetland wool, created by the extra fine fibres.
= probably 'the' most natural, sustainable fibre.... ever.
